<ol> <li>All tickets need to be confirmed the day before; there are no cancellations or refunds, but the schedule can be rearranged in case of adverse weather.</li> <li>Child tickets are applicable for ages 2-12; infants 0-2 years old are not recommended to participate in the activities.&nbsp;</li> <li>Children (12 years old or below) must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older to participate.</li> <li>Wheelchairs and strollers cannot be used.</li> <li>Please arrive 10 minutes early at the pier to prepare for boarding, as we cannot wait for latecomers.</li> <li>Advsers Weather Policy: If a typhoon signal of No.3 or above is hoisted, or red/black rainstorm warnings are in effect 2 hours before departure, the activity cannot proceed as scheduled. Please note.</li> <li>If the activity cannot proceed due to inclement weather, a rescheduled date will be arranged. You will need to select a new departure date within 2 months (from the original departure date). We apologize for any inconvenience.</li> </ol>
